「どうして世の中のチームは、チームの生産性とメンバーの幸福度を両立できないのか。」
という問いに対する答えをずっと探し続けてきたというサイボウズ。

すでに手一杯の学校に、サイボウズ流のチームワークの考え方を取り入れ、先生も子どもも、保護者も地域も、みんなで作る、みんながしあわせになる学校・学び場を目指し、その実践の場所となる楽校の様子を見学させていただきました。

皆で朝の時間を共有した後、ラジオ体操や自習の時間を経て、今日の学びのテーマである「キャッチコピー」を探すために街に繰り出しました。それぞれ自分のiPadで、キャッチコピーの写真を撮っていきます。それを元に午後は、自分が好きなものに関するキャッチコピーを作る時間があります。

子どもの関心や興味に寄り添い、それぞれのペースで学びを深めながら、他との交流を重視している様子が見られ、子どもも大人も自然体の居心地の良さを感じました。

こういった取り組みが今後ますます増え、子どもの学びの選択肢が増えるよう期待します。

“Why can’t the world’s teams balance team productivity and member happiness?”
Cybozu has been searching for an answer to this question for a long time.

The goal is to create a school and learning place where teachers, children, parents, and the community can all work together to make everyone happy, by introducing the Cybozu-style concept of teamwork to a school that already has its hands full.

After sharing the morning time with everyone, we went out on the town to search for “catch phrases,” which was the theme of the day. Each of them took a picture of catchphrases with their own iPad. Based on this, they will have time in the afternoon to create a catchphrase about something they like.

I felt a natural sense of comfort for both children and adults, as we saw the emphasis on interaction with others, while attending to children’s interests and curiosities and deepening their learning at their own pace.

I look forward to seeing more of these kinds of initiatives in the future.
