世田谷区立山野小学校のPTA主催で開催された単P研修に参加させていただきました。

テーマは、【多様な子どもの見方や捉え方を考える】。
特別支援学校の昼間友彦先生をお迎えし、たくさんの実験や体験を交えて考える機会をいただきました。

普段の自分の見え方や聞こえ方、理解度などは、他の人と同じではないこと、だからこそ伝える側が環境作りや伝え方を工夫する必要があること。その結果、小さな成功体験を積んだ子どもたちが、それぞれに活躍できる社会を作る必要があることなど、たくさん学びました。素晴らしい経験をさせていただき、ありがとうございました。学校現場や企業研修などおすすめです。

I participated in a PTA training held at Yamano Elementary School in Setagaya, Tokyo.

The theme was “Thinking about how to view and perceive diverse children.“
We welcomed Mr. Tomohiko Hiruma, a teacher at a special needs school, and had an opportunity to think about it with many experiments and experiences.

He explained that the way we normally see, hear, and understand ourselves is not the same as others, and that this is why those who communicate need to be creative in creating the environment and in the way they communicate. As a result, I learned many things, including the need to create a society in which each child who has experienced small successes can play an active role. I recommend it for school sites and corporate training.
