ニュースクール【学び舎トーカ】の子どもたちが、自分たちで「旅」を企画して、鹿児島県さつま町への旅を実施した内容について報告する会が尾山台のタタタハウスで開催されました。
旅と旅行の違いからはじまり、空白があるスケジュールを皆で納得して決めた過程や、実際に現地に行って出会った人々、送り出してくれた家族への感謝、そして旅を経て自分がどう変わったか、など、子どもたち中心の発表から、多くの発見や気づきがありました。
子どもたちの成長を間近で感じることができて、嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。
A report meeting was held at TATATA House in Oyamadai, where children from New School [Toka Learning Center] shared details about their self-planned trip to Satsuma Town, Kagoshima Prefecture.
Starting with the difference between a journey and a trip, the children-centered presentations revealed many discoveries and insights. These included the process of collectively deciding on a flexible schedule, the people they met during their actual visit, their gratitude towards the families who sent them off, and how they changed through the experience.
It was wonderful to witness the children’s growth up close. Thank you very much.
