今年も日米協会主催の【アメリカボウル大会】が開催されました。
高校生が3人1組で、米国に関する知識を英語で競うクイズ大会です。今回も、企画や運営に関わらせていただき、刺激をたくさんいただきました。
入賞チームには、外務省からアメリカ研修旅行が授与されました。出場した若者たちが、ここからどのように羽ばたいていくのか、とても楽しみです。
This year, the America-Japan Society once again hosted the America Bowl. This competition pits teams of three high school students against each other, testing their knowledge of the United States in English. I was honored to be involved in planning and organizing the event once more, and it was incredibly stimulating.
The winning teams were awarded study tours to the United States by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I am very much looking forward to seeing how these young participants will spread their wings from here.
