戦争中のサラエボにU2を呼びたいという無謀な発想から、戦争の葛藤と、戦禍の人々が一つになった実話を、ベン・アフレックとマット・デイモンがプロデュースしたドキュメンタリー映画です。数年間サラエボに住んでいたご縁で試写会に参加させていただき、大きく感銘を受けました。

戦争はなぜ起こるのか、平和とは何か、多様性を受け入れるとはどういうことか、など
考えさせられることがたくさんありました。

歴史は繰り返す、、、
今を生きる人たちに必要なメッセージが詰まった作品です。

9/26から全国で公開。

I came across another wonderful movie.

“KISS THE FUTURE”

It is a documentary film produced by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon about the real story of the conflict of war and the people coming together from a seemingly reckless idea to bring U2 to Sarajevo during the war.

I had the privilege of attending a preview screening of the film due to the fact that I lived in Sarajevo for a few years and was greatly impressed.

Why do wars happen, what is peace, what does it mean to accept diversity, etc.
There were many things that made me think.

History repeats itself,
This film is full of messages necessary for people living today.

Although it was released overseas in 2023, the film will open in theaters nationwide in Japan on September 26.
I hope you will have a chance to see it.
