【児童・高齢者総合施設　グランチャ東雲】
福祉部長寿応援課が所管でありながら、地域共生社会を目指して、子どもから高齢者まで健康を維持しながら交流できる工夫がありました。子どもが楽しめる屋内遊具や、高齢者用のプール、世代を超えて交流できるスペースなど、1箇所でさまざまな人が有意義に過ごせる場となっていました。

【livedoor アーバンスポーツパーク】
PFIで運営している東京都のアーバンスポーツ施設で、スケボーやバスケットコートなど、ところどころに東京2020大会のレガシーが残されていました。バーベキュー、ピックルボール、義足の開発・貸し出しなど、長時間楽しめる施設でした。

【豊洲ぐるりパーク】
海に面した大きな広場に、レストランやドッグラン、バーベキュー広場などがあり、開放感にあふれて空間でした。夕日が差し込む結婚式場はとても人気で予約が埋まっているそうです。

とても有意義な視察でした。

The members of the Tokyo Young Councilors’ Association, of which I am a representative, visited facilities in Koto City, Tokyo.

Grancha Shinonome
Although it’s under the jurisdiction of the Longevity Support Division of the Welfare Department, the facility was designed to help everyone from children to the elderly maintain their health and interact with each other, aiming for a community symbiotic society. With indoor playground equipment for children to enjoy, a swimming pool for the elderly, and a space for intergenerational exchange, it was a place where a variety of people could spend meaningful time in one location.

livedoor Urban Sports Park
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s urban sports facility, operated under PFI, retained some of the legacy of the Tokyo 2020 Games in places, such as the skateboarding and basketball courts. The facility was a place where visitors could enjoy barbecues, pickleball, and the development and rental of prosthetic legs, etc.

Toyosu Gururi Park
A large plaza facing the sea with restaurants, a dog run, and a barbecue plaza, it was a space filled with a sense of openness. The wedding hall with the sunset view is very popular and is fully booked.

It was a very meaningful visit.
