先日の世田谷区議会第３回定例会一般質問では、「少子化傾向を反転させるための戦略について」というテーマで質問しました。

少子化は国全体の問題ですが、世田谷区で実施している各種事業が子育てしやすい街づくりにつながり、ひいては少子化現象の反転にも寄与するのではないか、という観点で、5つの事業について取り上げました。

①世田谷版ネウボラによる子育てしやすい環境づくりについて
②児童館を軸にした子どもの居場所をつなぐフローターについて
③リプロダクティブヘルス・ライツの推進について
④去年から始まった婚活支援について
⑤子育て世帯の近居を推進する補助金制度について

At a recent general question at the 3rd regular session of the Setagaya City Assembly, I asked a question on the theme of “Strategies to Reverse the Declining Fertility Trend.”

Although the declining birthrate is a national problem, I addressed five projects from the viewpoint that various projects being implemented in Setagaya may lead to the creation of a town where it is easy to raise children, which in turn may contribute to reversing the declining birthrate phenomenon.

(1) Creating an environment conducive to child rearing through the Setagaya version of “Neuvola”
(2) Floaters connecting children’s places centered on children’s halls
(3) Promotion of reproductive health rights
(4) Support for marriage activity that started last year
(5) Subsidy system to promote child-rearing households to live closer to each other
