今回の都知事選の投票率は、60%を超えたそうです。
実は同時期に、私も選挙に立候補していました。

【東京若手議員の会 代表選挙】

東京都内で39歳以下で初当選し、45歳未満の超党派の議員で構成される団体です。
自治体や党派を超えて学ぶことができ、これまでも学んだことを政策に生かさせてもらってきました。

この会の代表はこれまで指名式でしたが、メンバーからの閉鎖的すぎるという声を受けて、今回初めて代表選挙が行われることになり、会への恩返しをするために立候補させていただくことにしました。

7/7夜の開票で当選が決まりました。
上位組織の関東と東京の総会で承認されたら、正式に代表になります。

政治と日常の間の壁は、まだまだ厚いと感じます。
20〜40代のエネルギー溢れる議員さんたちが、つながりや視野を広げて、それぞれの立場で力を発揮できるよう、これからも頑張ります。

As a matter of fact, I was also running for election at the same time as this Tokyo gubernatorial election.

The Tokyo Young Councilors Association

This organization is composed of non-partisan councilors in Tokyo who were first elected at the age of 39 or younger and under the age of 45.
We are able to learn from each other regardless of local government or party affiliation, and have been able to apply what we have learned to our policies.

The representative of this association has been nominated in the past, but in response to comments from members that it was too closed, the election was held for the first time, and I have decided to run for the position in order to repay the association for all it has done for me. If approved at the general meetings of the upper-level organizations, Kanto and Tokyo, I will officially become a representative.

I feel that the wall between politics and everyday life is still very thick.
I will continue to do my best so that energetic council members in their 20s to 40s can broaden their connections and perspectives and exert their power in their respective positions.
