11月に二子玉川で開催する「キネコ国際映画祭」の関係者と一緒に、チェコで開催されたズリーン国際映画祭に行ってきました。

子どもと若者のための映画を上映したり、子ども向けイベントを街じゅうで行い、子どもが主役のまちが実現されていて、二子玉川が目指すものを体感することができました。
子どもたちの目がキラキラと輝いていて、思いっきりあそんでいる姿がとても印象的でした。

滞在中には、地元の有識者や、日本大使、世界各国から集まった映画関係者などとディスカッション。日本の良いところ、改善が必要なところについても考えを巡らせることができました。

現在、11月の二子玉川でのイベントの開催に向けて、子どもから大人まで参加していただける声優やバンドなどの募集をしています。もうすぐ締め切りですので、お早めにお申込みください。

今年のイベントがどのように展開されるか、とても楽しみです。

I visited the Zlín International Film Festival in the Czech Republic with officials from the Kineko International Film Festival, which will be held in Futakotamagawa in November.

We were able to experience what Futako-Tamagawa is aiming for by screening films for children and youth, holding events for children throughout the city, and realizing a town where children play a leading role.
It was very impressive to see children’s eyes sparkling.

During our stay, we had discussions with local experts, Japanese ambassador, and film professionals from around the world.
We were able to think about what is good about Japan and what needs to be improved.

Kineko is currently looking for voice actors and bands to participate in the November event in Futakotamagawa. The deadline is coming up soon, so please apply as soon as possible.
