令和8年第1回定例会の一般質問では、以下のテーマで質問しました。

１．「はじめに子どもありき」：子どもの権利を尊重し能動的学習者を支える教育観
２．2040年を見据えた地域における保健師活動の強化
３．区内初のＮｅａｒｌｙ　ＺＥＢ達成に伴う今後の公共建築のあり方

「はじめに子どもありき」の考えは、子どもの権利が尊重される教育という観点で、広がっていったら良い概念だと思います。

During the general questioning session at the First Regular Session of the 8th Reiwa Year, I posed questions on the following themes:

1. “Children First”: An Educational Philosophy Respecting Children’s Rights and Supporting Active Learners
2. Strengthening Public Health Nurse Activities in the Community with an Eye Toward 2040
3. Future Directions for Public Buildings Following the Ward’s First Nearly ZEB Achievement

I believe the “Children First” concept is one that should spread, as it represents an educational perspective where children’s rights are respected.
