【子どもの権利フェス】in Sangenjaya
世田谷区では、今年の4月に「世田谷区子どもの権利条例」を施行しました。
11月20日の「世田谷区子どもの権利の日」を記念して、三軒茶屋でイベントが開催されました。
策定にあたっては、子どもや若者を集めた会議を何回も実施し、子どもの権利条約の4つの一般原則に加えて、子どもたちが議論の末、特に大切にしたいと考えた権利が、第5条から第9条にかけて、16個規定されました。
子どもたちの思いがたくさん詰まっています。

子どもたちと子どもの周りの大人たちで、この条例を守っていくことが、日本全体の幸せにもつながると思います。
Children’s Rights Festival in Sangenjaya
Setagaya Ward enacted the “Setagaya Ward Children’s Rights Ordinance” this past April. To commemorate “Setagaya Ward Children’s Rights Day” on November 20th, an event was held in Sangenjaya.
During its formulation, multiple meetings were held with children and young people. In addition to the four general principles outlined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, 16 provisions were established in Articles 5 through 9. These reflect the rights that children, after discussion, felt were particularly important to uphold.
This ordinance is filled with the children’s voices.
