【美食都市宣言2025】に全国から選ばれた、5つの都市の食を体験しました。
今年が2回目で、今回選ばれたのは、函館市、坂井市、多気町、廿日市市、淡路島。
各地の歴史や文化、物語などを踏まえて、食の魅力を発信し、美食を通じたまちづくりのモデルとして、ネットワークを構築していくことを目指しています。
東京ではなかなか出会えない、全国各地の食の魅力を再認識しました。
【Gastronomy City Declaration 2025】I experienced the cuisine of five cities selected nationwide. This year’s selections were Hakodate City, Sakai City, Taki Town, Hatsukaichi City, and Awaji Island. This marks the second year of the initiative.
The goal is to build a network by promoting the appeal of local cuisine based on each area’s history, culture, and stories, serving as a model for community development through gastronomy.
I rediscovered the appeal of foods from all over Japan that are hard to encounter in Tokyo.
