【#東京若手議員の会】の西部ブロック研修で、【#中野区役所新庁舎】を視察しました。

都内自治体庁舎初のZEB Readyを達成した建物に加え、66%を達成したペーパーレス化の取り組み、合同部長室の設置やフリーアドレスの執務環境による働き方への変化、窓口と執務室を完全分離させたことによる効果など、学びがたくさんありました。

ほぼ同時期に第一期が完成した世田谷区役所新庁舎との違いが明確で、色々と参考になりました。何よりも、担当職員の方の説明が自信に満ちておられ、メリットしかないと言いきられていたことが、新庁舎を建てる意義そのものにもつながっているように思いました。

As part of the Western sector‘s training program of the Tokyo Young Councilors’ Association, we visited the Nakano City Office New Office Building.

In addition to being the first municipal government office building in Tokyo to achieve ZEB Ready status, we learned a lot about the paperless office, which has achieved a 66% paperless rate, the change in working style through the establishment of a joint director’s office and a free-address office environment, and the effects of the complete separation of the reception desk and offices.

The differences from the new Setagaya City Office building, the first phase of which was completed at about the same time, were clear and informative in many ways.

Above all, the staff member in charge of the project was very confident in his explanation and said that there were only advantages, which seemed to be connected to the significance of constructing the new government office building.
