図鑑が誕生した経緯や、約40年前の子どもたちの遊びと今との違い、現代の遊びの状況や課題などについて、考えをめぐらせることができました。

世田谷区太子堂からはじまった遊び場マップ作りが全国各地に広がったことも知りました。

ご近所の三世代でこのマップ作りができたら、遊びで関わりあいができ、街も温かくなるように思いました。いつか作りたいです。

A symposium was held to commemorate the reprinting of “The Illustrated Book of Three Generations of Playgrounds.“

We were able to think about how the illustrated book came into being, the differences between children’s play about 40 years ago and today, and the state of play and issues facing it today.

We also learned that the creation of playground maps, which started in Taishido, Setagaya-ku, has spread to all parts of Japan.

I thought that if three generations of neighbors could make this map, they would be able to interact with each other through play and the town would become warmer. I would like to do it someday.
