キッズブーケプロジェクト主催の【私らしい仕事発見ツアー2024】に参加させていただきました。
小学６年生～中学３年生の親子と一緒に、障がい者雇用を行う企業を訪問する企画です。

航空会社のさまざまな業務を見学しながら、体験やインタビューも交えたプログラムで、実際の職場の様子がよくわかりました。障がいがある方の特性を活かして仕事とマッチングしているため、お一人お一人が生き生きしている様子が印象的でした。

I participated in the “Discover My Unique Job Tour 2024” organized by the Kids’ Bouquet Project.

This program is designed to visit companies that employ people with disabilities, together with parents and children from 6th grade to 3rd grade of junior high school.

While observing various operations of an airline company, the program also included hands-on experience and interviews, which gave us a good idea of what the actual workplace is like. It was impressive to see how each person with disabilities seemed to be full of life as they are matched with jobs that make the most of their unique characteristics.
