今日は、世田谷区の若者を対象とした２つのイベントが開催されました。
1つ目は【Teenage Carnival】
若者による若者のためのライブパフォーマンスイベント。
この日のために若者たちが一生懸命練習した成果が見られて、熱のこもったパフォーマンスに感動しました。
2つ目は【ネツパ】
世田谷区公認の若者メディア団体「ねつせた！」の10周年を記念したイベントで、これまでの取り組みや、つながりをたくさん知ることができました。
若者のエネルギーがもっともっと社会に溢れて、大人が圧倒されるくらいに力を発揮できたら、日本がもっと良くなっていくと実感しました。
関わってこられた若者の皆さん、お疲れ様でした。
そして今後もっと多くの若者に関わるきっかけがもたらされるよう、願っています。
Today, two events targeting young people in Setagaya were held.
The first was the 【Teenage Carnival】
A live performance event by young people, for young people.
I was moved by the passionate performances, which showcased the results of the hard work these young people put into practicing for this day.
The second was 【Netsupa】
This event commemorated the 10th anniversary of “Netseta!”, a youth media group officially recognized by Setagaya City, and I learned a great deal about their past initiatives and the connections they’ve built.
I truly felt that if the energy of young people could overflow even more into society—to the point where adults are overwhelmed by their power—Japan would become an even better place.
To all the young people who have been involved, thank you for your hard work.
And I hope this will create opportunities to engage with even more young people.
